STAFF CHANGES This year has bought new changes and fresh faces to the line up of legal staff in Simon Berry’s chambers. Mathew Gribben, a resource management specialist with nine years of legal experience, replaces Ellie Fitzgerald, who has left to live in Gisborne. Prior to joining Simon's team, Mathew’s experience included practice in the Resource Management team at Russell McVeagh and two years at London firm, Addleshaw Goddard LLP from 2007 - 2008. Marianna Young has also joined Simon’s team in a junior barrister role after graduating from the University of Auckland. Marianna will provide valued assistance to the senior barristers through undertaking research and preparatory work. "The addition of Mathew’s project experience and the resource which Marianna represents means that we are more capable than ever of providing our clients with access to a highly experienced legal team which will be nimble and effective in getting the job done," says Simon."This removes the need for a ‘cast of thousands’ and unnecessary layers of supervision and reworking (and therefore cost) that you sometimes find in bigger legal teams."
