Hearing Commissioner appointments
Simon Berry has frequently been appointed
as a hearing commissioner to sit (either alone or with Councillors
or other independent hearing commissioners) to determine resource
consent applications, designation requirements, etc., under the
RMA and is certified to sit as a commissioner, having passed
the MFE/LGNZ training and certifcation course "Making Good Decisions".
