Acting for WEL Networks in relation to a proposed wind farm at Te Uku, near Raglan, Whatawhata and Borman Road substations, and a 25km lines project in the western Waikato.

Resource consents for Kawerau Geothermal Power Station.

Commissioner appointed to hear and determine the resource consent applications by Contact Energy and Geotherm for the Wairakei geothermal field. Decision upheld by the Environment Court - Rotokawa Joint Venture Ltd v Waikato Regional Council (A41/2007).

Designations and resource consents for North Shore Transmission Corridor and related cross-Isthmus Transmission issues.

Resource consents for the Southdown Cogeneration Project, a gas-fired cogeneration station in Otahuhu, Auckland.

Hearing commissioner appointed to determine the resource consents for the Mokauiti and Wairere Falls hydro scheme in the King Country.

Penrose to Auckland CBD (Mercury) Tunnel.

Auckland City (Auckland CBD to Mt Roskill) Cable Project.

Albany – Silverdale electricity line.
