Simon Berry is a co-author of Environmental and Resource Management Law (3rd ed., Nolan), the standard New Zealand text on Environmental Law. He is the co-author with Bal Matheson of "Water law" (Chapter 8).
Simon has also presented numerous conference papers on a variety of topics relevant
to Environmental Law at New Zealand and international conferences. In the last
few years Simon has presented conference papers on the application of the "Permitted
Baseline" concept; the effect of the Kyoto Protocol and climate change legislation;
and legislation relevant to waste and waste management.
